A named operator and monitored business contact must appear here before any external participant is asked to create an account or add personal information.
What to include
- Whether your message is about access, a fault, privacy, export or deletion.
- The email address used for the account, if an account is involved.
- A short description of the problem and when it happened.
Do not put sensitive relationship, financial, legal or children's information in your first message.
Urgent help
Companion is not an emergency or crisis service and the pilot contact is not monitored continuously. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or specialist service where you are.
